    • Personal Information: This includes details like your name, email address, phone number, government-issued ID, Social Security Number, and physical address. 

    • Account Information: We collect your username and password to help you manage your account securely.

    • Profile Details: We collect information you add to your profile, such as your skills, work history, portfolio links, education, professional certifications, biography, and profile picture, to help you connect and showcase your skills.

    • Payment and Billing Information: For payment transactions, we collect cedit card information, bank account information, and billing address, to process payments for services and payouts to users, and to generate tax-related information.

    • Communication: We collect information from customer support inquiries, feedback, surveys, and responses that you share directly through our contact channels to improve our services to our users.

  2. B. Information We Collect Automatically

    • Data Usage: We gather information when you interact with JobDash: the pages you visit, features you use, jobs you view or for which you apply, messages you send, and your search queries. We use this data to improve our services to our users.

    • Device and Log Information: When you access JobDash, our servers automatically record information, including your Internet Protocol (IP) address, operating system, device type (e.g., mobile, tablet, desktop), device identifiers, referring and exit pages, and timestamps. This data helps us ensure compatibility and troubleshoot issues.

    • Tracking Technologies: We use various technologies to collect information for the following reasons:

      1. Remember your preferences and settings.

      2. Authenticate your login sessions.

      3. Analyze trends, administer the App, track users' movements around the App.

  1. To Provide and Improve Our Services: operating, maintaining, and enhancing the functionalities of our App, including connecting freelancers with clients, facilitating project management, and enabling support communication tools.

  2. To Assist Users with Communication: Using your contact information to send you emails (login confirmations, account confirmations, password resets, payment notifications), service-related announcements, promotional messages about new features, services, and opportunities (including via SMS).

  3. For Account Management and Security: We use your information to create, manage, and secure your account.

  4. To Match Gig-workers and Gig-hosts: We use profile details, skills, work history, and job preferences to match gig-workers with the appropriate gigs, and gig-hosts with the right talent. 

  5. For Payment Processing: We use your payment and billing information to process transactions and facilitate payouts.

  6. For Analytics and Service Improvement: We analyze user data and feedback to identify issues and continually improve our services.

  7. For Legal Compliance: We use your information to enable us to comply with legal requirements where needed.

Jobdash does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes. Your data is collected and used solely to provide and improve the services of the JobDash platform.

When necessary, Jobdash will share:

  1. With Third-Party Service Providers: When required, we narrowly share specific information that trusted third-party service providers need to assist us in implementing our services to our users.

  3. In Case of Business Transfers: If JobDash is involved in a merger, acquisition, asset sale, or bankruptcy, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you by appropriate means if any such transaction occurs.

  1. The User Registration Process: At registration, you have the right to provide or withhold the requested information.

  2. Access, Update, or Delete Your Information: You can access, update, or delete your personal information directly through your account settings. If you wish to delete your account or request access to personal information that is not available through your settings, please inform our team at admin@jobdashflash.com. We will respond to your request as quickly as possible.

  3. Opt-out of Marketing Communications: You can opt-out of receiving promotional messages as follows: 

    • Email: Click “unsubscribe”.

    • SMS messages: Reply “STOP”

Please note that we may send messages as a way to keep you informed about critical updates, even if you opt out of marketing messages.

Opting In: How Users Consent to Receive Messages

  1. By checking the messaging opt-in checkbox during registration, you agree to receive SMS messages from JobDash for the following:

    • Account Security Alerts

    • One-time Passcode (OTP) to verify login

    • Account Recovery Assistance

    • “Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe, HELP for help.”

  2. Users must agree to this policy to complete registration for the app.

 

Opting Out

  • You may opt out of receiving SMS messages from JobDash at any time by replying “STOP” to any JobDash SMS. After you opt out, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS notifications unless you opt in again.

  • Alternative opt-out keywords: UNSUBSCRIBE, END, QUIT, CANCEL, STOPALL

  • Exception: Opting out of SMS messaging does not prevent JobDash from sending you critical security alerts.

VIII. User Responsibilities for Account Security

While we strive to protect your personal information, your security also depends on you. We therefore advise that you:

  1. Keep your password confidential and use a strong, unique password.

  2. Do not share your account credentials with anyone.

  3. Lock or log out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices.

  4. Report any suspicious activity or unauthorized access to your account immediately to admin@jobdash.com.

VIII. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. How long information is kept:

  1. Active Accounts: We retain your information for as long as your account is active and necessary to provide you with JobDash services.

  2. After Account Deactivation/Closure: We may retain some information for a limited period after you close your account to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, enforce our agreements, or for legitimate business purposes.

VIII. Minor’s Privacy

JobDash is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. Therefore, if we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a user under 18, we will take steps immediately to delete that information. JobDash currently does not operate globally. However, should we begin international operation, we will update our policies and notify our users accordingly. ​
